The primary aim of the research project titled “The Impact of Digitalisation on the Principles of Civil Litigation” is to comprehensively analyse the effects of digitalisation on the fundamental principles of civil procedure law. In this context, the project seeks to examine, from a multidimensional perspective, the structural changes, opportunities, and potential risks arising in the justice system through the integration of digital tools and advanced technologies into legal processes.
