Mission
The mission of our project is to comprehensively analyze the impacts of digitalisation on civil litigation and to offer concrete and innovative solutions to support the adaptation of Turkey’s justice system to contemporary technologies. In this regard, the project aims to address all dimensions of the opportunities and challenges brought by the digitalization of our legal system, fostering a more effective, accessible, and transparent judicial process in accordance with procedural principles.
During the research process, international examples of the integration of digitalization into various countries’ legal systems will be examined, and based on lessons learned from successful practices, recommendations will be developed to guide the digitalization of Turkish civil procedure law. By evaluating the challenges, risks, and opportunities arising from the integration of digital technologies into legal processes, we intend to present a comprehensive package of proposals for necessary legal reforms within Turkey’s legal framework.
Within this mission, we will collaborate with expert institutions and academics at both national and international levels to build a robust knowledge base on the effects of digitalization on judicial processes. Prioritizing the rule of law in society, we aim to contribute to the development of policies that ensure transparency and the continuity of justice.
By contributing to the alignment of the Turkish justice system with an increasingly digital world, we strive to integrate the benefits of digitalization into legal processes reliably and effectively. In this context, we seek to provide sustainable solutions that facilitate access to justice for all segments of society and ensure that judicial processes operate in a more transparent and fair manner.
